The data is accessible to the Campus One team responsible for supporting students.
Where your project requires it, some information may be shared with the institutions you apply to, with your prior agreement.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on your study project, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable regulations.
